Your child has been accepted to Channing Hall. Now what?
Deliver a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Vision Screening (Kindergarten-2nd grade only) to the school within five business days of your acceptance. You may also email these documents to info@channinghall.org or fax 801-571-8786 if you are comfortable with those delivery methods.
If you have an incoming Kindergarten student, plan to attend Kindergarten Orientation in the spring (watch your email for details.) At that time, you will find out which class your child is in. We do our best to accommodate your requests.

School Supplies are provided by Channing Hall so you do not need to purchase a long list of school supplies. You supply a backpack and water bottle. We suggest a $40 supply donation to cover these supplies.
