Jennine Watson
2nd grade Teacher
Jennine Watson is delighted to join the second grade team at Channing Hall, and brings with her 9 years of licensed teaching experience in grades K-3. She is a proud alumni of Weber State University (Go Wildcats!) in Ogden, UT, having earned a bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education. In addition, she is ESL endorsed. Jennine was born in Utah but as an Army brat lived many places throughout the country during her childhood. Something unique about her is she has a fraternal twin sister. Jennine lives with her husband Adam, and three children Hailey, Graidy, & Brielle. She loves animals and has one dog plus three cats which earned her the nickname "crazy cat lady" from her husband. Jennine is a proud soccer and cheer mom. Her family loves going on trips to warm, tropical climates. They enjoy boating, camping, snorkeling, attending musical theater, and swimming in their backyard pool. Jennine worked as a licensed cosmetologist before becoming a teacher and still loves to relax at the hair salon or spa. She loves to read, including historical fiction or thrillers and enjoys listening to podcasts of similar genres.
