David Hunt

David S. Hunt is a business attorney with over 23 years of litigation and transactional experience. He has experience with business cases in Federal Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and/or State Courts located in California, Colorado, Delaware (Court of Chancery), Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. He has also served as legal counsel to clients subject to SEC and PCAOB enforcement matters. In a transactional capacity, Mr. Hunt has been closely involved in business financing transactions for dozens of private and public companies, and advised on securities law, corporate and litigation issues. He has also drafted numerous registration statements, information/proxy statements, annual, quarterly and current reports with the SEC for a variety of public corporations. He is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and obtained fellow status in that Association. He is an avid skier, plays competitive lacrosse, is a former university lacrosse head coach and enjoys travel.
